Delivery Information

We offer next-day delivery on orders placed before 12 PM, Monday to Thursday.

• Order before 12 PM? Your order will arrive the next working day.
• Order after 12 PM? Please allow an extra day for delivery.

Weekend Orders

• Orders placed after 12 PM on Thursday (or anytime Friday-Sunday) will be delivered on Tuesday.

98% of orders arrive on time! However, in rare cases, courier delays may result in a one-day delay.

Important: You must be available to receive your delivery or provide an alternative address/safe place via your DHL tracking link. Baked goods cannot be returned to the depot as this may affect quality.
